Ferroflex AG is planning to construct a new commercial building on the two plots 2320B / 2321B on Industriestrasse in Bronschhofen (political municipality of Wil). Various design options are currently still being considered. For further planning, subsoil investigations were conducted to obtain reliable information for civil engineering issues.

Grundbauberatung-Geoconsulting AG already had prior knowledge of the area in question from previous investigations and was therefore commissioned in July 2023 to elaborate up a proposal for a project-specific subsoil investigation. Based on the results of these recent explorations the geothermal potential of groundwater is now examined. Therefore test drillings with pumping tests are required.
